Fully Funded Kickstarter Project... Now what???
You can check out the Kickstarter Project here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/outlast/outlast-the-zombie-card-game-0/description
It has been awhile since an update to this In Flight Games Blog has happened, but mainly to the business and focus on the Kickstarter project. Due to the support of our Backers, we were able to produce 200 professionally developed and printed copies!
It was really exciting to bring in the extremely heavy box that had all my copies of Outlast, and honestly I was a bit nervous at first because it really showed me how really everything was. I had money, I made a product, I had to send it out, and then what?
My focus now is building momentum with the people who backed it through leaving reviews on Board Game Geek here:
Then gaining some popularity at local boardgames stores in Portland, Oregon. Finally, getting some board game reviewers to check out the game and make board game reviews of it and get it seen by their fans and viewers. Page West from Canada is going to be reviewing it and I am excited to see what he will do. I'll make sure to post it when he is done.
Thanks again for your support everyone. Email me at: InFlightGamesUS if you have any questions or would like to purchase a copy!

What it is...This game offers extremely easy accessibility, fun interaction, strategic gameplay, and diverse experiences. All you need is a standard deck of cards, the rules, one or more friends willing to learn the game and want to have fun.
The Game...Players start with a group of survivors, represented by the cards in their hand. Each turn, which represents a normal day, consists of gathering resources, creating defenses, expanding the group's strength, battling other groups of survivors, and of course killing zombies. Throughout the game, players use card combinations in order to experience unique scenarios like fighting against zombie hordes, training up soldiers, and even witnessing their own members turn zombie. The simplistic nature of this game offers great entertainment and interaction between players, yet it provides enough challenge and diversity to keep you playing over and over.
What Is Happening...This game is in its development phase and will be offered for an extremely small price in the future. We are hoping to offer it in hard copy and eBook format. Please follow our our blog and spread the word, because we hope to make this available as soon as possible.
Check It Out...The link below is a video of some footage taken from a game played by some of our game testers. Please enjoy and like the video.
